Club terms

Club registration is currently offered free of charge. Submission of a club request does not automatically guarantee activation, approval, exclusivity, or ongoing access. We may review requests to protect platform quality and legitimate venue use.

Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted details, their event administration, and any payments, waivers, or operational rules they manage outside the platform. Americano Pulse is a management and community tool, not the venue operator.

Where a club is made visible on the platform, that visibility is intended to help players recognise legitimate venues already participating. We may edit, hide, or remove club listings if information is inaccurate, outdated, or linked to misuse.
